Probably. It dynamically decides what constitutes a long-distance power pole. If it has the electric-pole prototype, and If it has a supply area that's the same or less than the vanilla supply area for the vanilla long-distance pole, and a wire length equal to or greater than the vanilla wire length, it considers the entity to be a long-distance power pole.
