I have a problem, what should I do?

• see if someone already has (or had) the same problem
• create a new thread if you think it is a new problem.
• add the complete error message (copy and paste if available) or a screenshot
• describe exactly what you expect but does not work for you
• describe the steps leading to the problem
• for the case this is a bigger problem copy the logfile and the saved game to an other location maybe it is required later.

The more information I get, the faster the problem will be solved.
