complain to wube that they should make their parser more intelligent.
Everything obvious has been fulfilled from:
https://wiki.factorio.com/Tutorial:Mod_changelog_format
I have no idea what the ingame parser does not recognize.
Please look in the changelog text, maybe you will see more and I will become operationally blind.

if not wrong it was happening around same version as Multiplayer bug to me the issue seem to be at 2.7.0

found it hours later after removing line by line. until 2.7.2
Stupid parser!
the rule is: 4 spaces + minus +1 space. there is no rule that there must not be 2 spaces after the minus.
will publish the fix in next version

The mod Kuxynator's Production Rates (2.2.0) caused a non-recoverable error.
