Hi, it would seem you've forgotten to add heating energy requirement for Aquilo, otherwise this building will not freeze. Additionally, no surface condition has been set on the entities. This is a quick fix, by adding these two things to both:

heating_energy = "300kW"
surface_conditions = {
{ property = "pressure", min = 10, }
}

Also the big roboport needs the "not-rotatable" flag removed. Otherwise it won't work well with blueprinting.

I'm not sure whether you're wanting to balance the entities differently from K2SO, but you may consider also setting the charging speed, logistic and construction radius to match the originals. (You can already set charging speed on the smaller one, but it doesn't go as far as K2SO's original value.)
Personally I think it makes sense to have the same stats, seeing as this mod is labelled as copying the K2 roboports for standalone!

same stats is not a necessary goto, balance for vanilla not krastorio overall mod make sense. I think currently this mod is already very strong.
