g more sulfur and space?

hellow, would it be possible to get ways to refine a more important ratio of the oil/gas/tar sands into sulfur ? cause right now, except if you use all the other stuffs from oil/gas/tar it's impossible to make sulfur, like, on other planets? on space platforms ?
or places where you would want to use coal liquefaction to make oils stuffs ( lube need sulfur )
about space, how can we burn stuffs without air ? to make use of petroleum products, i use them to make steam in the diverse petroleum steam cracking, but to make petrochems in space, that mean you would need to use nuclear and steam exchanger ( without another mod to make steam from electricity )

again, i love this mod ^^ the complexity is awesome

hello ?

Sorry, I thought I did respond.

I haven't actually played Space Age, so I don't know how this mod affects it. I've been fixing issues as people find them, and nobody has mentioned this.

But as a note, the forced usage/storage of all oil products is intentional, and isn't going anywhere.

Anything beyond that isn't really addressable at the moment.

the specialities of your mod( forced usage/storage of all oil products ) , i love them, it's just that sulfur is a by product of oil consumtion when making plastic or consuming oil products to make fuels for power.
no real way to synthetize sulfur, and the tech to get sulfur from space with space age is locked behind gleba ( that tech enable someone to separate carbon asteroid fragments into carbon and sulfur ) then someone could simply build a space ship travelling with the only purpose of collecting sulfur and dropping it where it is needed

in your mod, we can consume sulfur to make more plastic with less oils stuffs so we don't have an excess of sulfur stockpiling forever

but as we need sulfur to make lube, and lube is needed to make foundry on vulcanus, and on vulcanus we only have coal tungstene calcite and sulfuric acid geothermal vents

maybe enabeling a way to make sulfuric acid anywhere with some kind of organic compound, and then enabeling us to extract sulfur from sulfuric acid ?

that way, wherever we are, if we need a really big amounts of sulfur fast, to make lot's of laser turrets and accumulators for exemple
we could make it from plastics, in let's say an extremely polluting process, that way we could sink plastic excess prod into sulfur

but that's too OP

maybe having another recipe in one of the cracker to crack coal into carbon and sulfur ??? or a recipe where there is more prod of hydrogen sulfide at a serious detrimental cost of other oils products so that it would be a bad idea to just do that process and use as much sulfur as possible to consumme less oils products to make plastic ?

anywhay, i love your mod, thanks you again ^^

Yes. That's the point.

Because irl, plastics can be made using sulfur as an ingredient.

but as we need sulfur to make lube, and lube is needed to make foundry on vulcanus, and on vulcanus we only have coal tungstene calcite and sulfuric acid geothermal vents

You can make it from Raw Fuel Oil without sulfur. Which you get from Coal Liquefaction.

maybe enabeling a way to make sulfuric acid anywhere with some kind of organic compound, and then enabeling us to extract sulfur from sulfuric acid ?

Atm, I think that's outside the scope of the mod. I know there's at least one mod that adds such a recipe though.

maybe having another recipe in one of the cracker to crack coal into carbon and sulfur ???

Coal Liquefaction.

or a recipe where there is more prod of hydrogen sulfide at a serious detrimental cost of other oils products

That goes against the forced usage/storage of all oil products, which means it's unlikely to happen, to put it nicely.
