maybe i have a mod conflict, but i can't find a pure hydrogen synthesis for hydrogen from this mod, like from some kind of electrolysis or pyrolisis
It is in the chemical plant, unlocked by default.
It does have the pretty generic code name of water-electrolysis, so it's possible another mod is overwriting it.
