Maybe caused by a different mod? Yet My list does not have any mods in it that add anything like cobalt or cobalt steel outside of the modpack of yours(which is why these 2 mods are needed) and the error is not helpful as to why this is happening

I see well somehow disabling krastorio starting it up with those 2 mods then enabling krastorio again seems to have fixed that as well
