Modified version of Laboratory Productivity by Rhaane that adds four tiers of infinite research productivity. Each tier provides slightly more value than the last given pack complexity will increase. Each technology cost will double each level. Values were kept fairly low given the exponential gain productivity would provide to future cycles. May update values after more testing.

Research Productivity: 200 Red+Green packs for a 1% boost.
Enhanced Research Productivity: 400 Red+Green+Blue packs for a 2.5% boost.
Advanced Research Productivity: 800 Red+Green+Blue+Purple+Yellow packs for a 6% boost.
Superior Research Productivity: 2000 Of all science packs for a 15% boost.
