I came up with a way to avoid dependencies and hopefully get the same effect! I tested it with qol_research and MoreInfResearch, and it seems to work ok.
Can you let me know if the new version dosn't work for the other mods? Setting the infinite research divisor > 1 should now reduce the cost of all infinite techs by that amount, not just the vanilla ones.
For example, in qol_research, Insane Crafting Speed 1 usually costs 500, but setting the divisor = 10 makes it cost 50.
