Increases heat capacity of water (approximately 80x) and reduces water consumption of steam engines proportionally, so that the amount of power generated remains the same. Attempts to work with modded steam engines as well (e.g. Reactors). Useful in cases where engines consume extreme amounts of water and you run into throughput problems.
Derivative of Corrected Water mod by BenSeidel. This one has higher heat capacity than Corrected Water, due to larger pipe assumption and using higher density value of sea water.
Tested with Reactors and Uranium Power (500MW). For Uranium Power, use water-to-water heat transfer.
