g Incompatability with Cargo Ships Mod

Hi!
For the mod cargo ships i recently created a new "boat" entity based on the vanilla car, which can travel on water freely. If the hovercraft mod is enabled its not possible to place this entity. This is caused by the addition of "layer-12"to the collision mask of all car-entietes in your data-final-fixes file. I could fix the issue on my side, but i think it would be a cleaner solution if you add an optional dependency for the cargo ship mod and then check for said boat entity before adding the new collision layer.
