HotCraft

Quick handcrafting hotkeys for Factorio. Craft items directly from your inventory without opening the recipes list.

Features

• Alt+1: Craft 1x item from hand
• Alt+2: Craft 5x items from hand
• Alt+3: Craft 10x items from hand
• Q: Auto craft selected item (if not already in inventory)

How to Use

Basic Crafting

1. Grab a stack of an item in your hand
2. Press Alt+1, Alt+2, or Alt+3 to queue 1, 5, or 10 more items for handcrafting

Auto Craft

1. Hover over a building or item (using the pipette tool)
2. Press Q to automatically handcraft it if:
3. You don't already have it in your inventory
4. You have the required resources
5. The recipe exists

Debug Mode

To enable debug messages, open control.lua and change:

local DEBUG = 0

to:

local DEBUG = 1

Debug messages will show:
- Selected items
- Crafting queue changes
- Reasons why items can't be crafted
- Resource requirements

Requirements

• Factorio 2.0

Installation

1. Download the mod
2. Extract to %appdata%/Factorio/mods (Windows) or ~/.factorio/mods (Linux/Mac)
3. Enable in Factorio mod menu
4. Customize keybinds in Controls menu if desired
