i Suggestion: Pop cap research

Every time i was playing this with friends, the issue of the hive mind player just snowballing out of control incredibly fast occurs every time if they focus on building up, and with the new pop cap command, i was thinking if it was possible to implement a repeatable tech which increases the amount of biters/nests you can have (Start at 10, +5 per research for example?) , making it so that hive mind players can't just mass up an unstoppable army 10 minutes into the game and roll over the factory players without any resistance.
(I don't really understand coding of factorio mods, so i don't understand how to do this myself)

Also, it would be maybe reasonable to make spitters require a t1 research, just like normal AI can't have spitters early into the game, spitters are really powerful.
