The mod description indicates that there are recipes to recycle plates into ore, but I'm finding that recycling plates just results in plates. Could someone clarify?

All right, understood what was going on. When recycling recipes are generated, they are set to return 25% of the result item for the recipes under the "smelting" category, rather than 25% of the ingredients (ie, return plates rather than ore).
I have been using all along another mod which modify iron/copper plate recipes so I never noticed the issue for these 2, the mod was only modifying the recycling result for holmium, tungsten and such.
