Makes technology research costs scale based on the number of science packs and if they're required for the silo.
Technology is split into 3 groups:
- Important technologies, which are user-specified (default is rocket silo only)
- On-path technologies, which are prerequisites for important technologies (no matter how far down)
- Off-path technologies, which aren't in the above two
Based on the group and how many unique science packs are required, costs for that tech are multiplied.
On-path and off-path technologies get their own multipliers, important technologies are considered on-path but also get an extra multiplier on top.
Default settings:
- Scaling on-path science costs: 1,10,25,100,1000
- Scaling off-path science costs: 1,5,10,25,100,250
- Important technologies: rocket-silo
- Important tech added scaling: 5
Examples for defaults:
- All automation science technologies are untouched (both settings are 1x for single pack)
- Automation 2 is 10x (on-path), but Military Science Pack is 5x (off-path)
- Rocket silo is 5000x (1000x on-path and 5x important added scaling)
- Follower robot count 7+ is 250x (tech AFTER important tech is off-path, and 7 pack uses 6 pack multiplier as there is no 7th number)
