However, the basic systems and buildings currently present will not change, and the mechanics are in place.

'Hexi's Inline Ore Processing' is intended to be an easy-to-use no-fluff addition to mining that lets you squeeze as much as possible out of ore fields. There are currently 4 tiers of processing:

Tier 1: Basic Enrichment
- Ore is fed into an enrichment building, converting 5 ore into 6 refined ore
This results in 120% yield.

Tier 2: Two-Step Enrichment
- Ore is fed into a crusher, converting 5 ore into 6 crushed ore
- Crushed ore is fed into an enrichment building, converting 3 crushed ore into 4 refined ore
This results in 160% yield.

Tier 3: Filtered Enrichment
- Ore is fed into a crusher
- Crushed ore is fed into a cleaning facility, converting 3 crushed ore (and some water) into 3 clean ore
- Clean ore is fed into an enrichment building, converting 3 clean ore into 5 refined ore
This results in 200% yield.

Tier 4: Liquidative Enrichment
- Ore is fed into a crusher
- Crushed ore is fed into a cleaning facility
- Clean ore is fed into a liquidator, converting 3 clean ore (and some acid) into 50 ore slurry
- Ore slurry is fed into a crystallizer, converting 10 ore slurry into 1 ore crystal
- Ore crystals are fed into an enrichment building, converting 4 ore crystals into 5 refined ore
This results in 250% yield.

Tier 3a: Advanced Cleaning
An advanced version of the cleaning machine offers a 20% boost in output at the cost of a slower recipe, more power consumption, more pollution, and stone/coal as byproducts. This can be used with T3 (240% final yield) or T4 (300% final yield) processing.
