Heavy wagon has big mass and low impact damaging, must be used as top of the train.

Trains are great, but what if they could do even more?
I'm looking for a way to craft this heavy wagon and I don't see it. I'm searching for it and don;t see it. All tech is researched btw. Thanks.
The recipe must be opened in the "Railway" technology.
