is this a bug heavy tank mk2 need red green and blue and mitary but now rocket are lock behind rocket fule which is hiteck which make the mk2 worless since you have the mk3

I will assume you are telling that the technology to make rocket launchers is behind rocket fuel and this one needs hitech to research...

The problem is...
Rocket Fuel Does Not Require Hitech to research, not even with all Bob's mods.
IF Angel's mods modifies it to require HiTech, then its not my fault.
And IF more people complain about it, then i will think on make a compatibility patch.

And need a lot of people, Angels mods is a fucking pain to work.

I dont get it why Rockery tech is behind Silo tech, doesnt make any sense.
Must be something wrong with Angel's mods. Try talk to him first, if he dont solve it, i will make a workaround.
