A mod that adds light to the cornors of common buildings at night to stop you from driving into them
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
They're official, and I can't really think of a reason why anyone would NOT want them.
i like to modularize things, giving each mod one purpose, it means that if there is a bug, because things are more split up, then there is a smaller chance of it affecting the other modules
but mostly it is just personal preference
Anyway, I changed the major version in the other mods to 0.18, and they work fine for me. So you may want to update those as well.
