Handy Hands (Refactored)


Based off the mod `https://mods.factorio.com/mod/HandyHands` by Qon, but will hopefully not hit UPS so hard. Only one player is processed per nth_tick (60 ticks per scan, see startup setting). By default 5 items will be crafted at a time (can be changed in player settings)

b [fixed 2.0.1] Crash upon turning on handy hands when having train and cargo wagon with filters in them placed.

When having placed the blueprint(listed below) and clicking handy hands to turn it back on the game spits out the error below.
Crash log:

Crash seems to happen even with just a locomotive placed down which is requesting fuel.
