HandyHands - Automatic handcrafting

Automatically start handcrafting an item that is quickbar filtered (or in logistics requests) that you don't have enough of whenever your crafting queue is empty. Prioritises items in your cursor and what you need the most. It's like having logistics deliveries for early game!

b [Resolved] Removing items\mods causes HH to crash

Disabled a mod → played for a while, everything was ok → stopped playing, returned after some time, updated Factorio & mods → now HH doesn't allow the game to load:

601.971 Error MainLoop.cpp:1183: Exception at tick 15163800: The mod HandyHands - Automatic handcrafting caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.

Factorio v0.17.43
HandyHands v1.7.13

Just to clear things up: I've disabled Replicating Belts mod. Not sure actually if it ever worked without this mod, don't remember when exactly I've disabled it. Anyway, it's a HH bug.

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug that crashed HandyHands if your settings contained settings for items that were later removed.
