adds fully supported colored lamps !

theese lamps support HSV (Hue,Saturation,Value)

there are 2 lamps normal one and the flat one (ideal for making displays)

you set HSV values to theese lamps via virtual signals

you can change the update and performace settings in mod settings

i have put quite a bit of efford into this mod so i hope you like it ;P
