Adds geothermal steam vents, accessed by vent taps. An easy and relatively clean source of early power, if somewhat weak in the long run. Also useful for coal liquefaction in areas without water.

Taps do not need to be powered but do pollute a small amount.

A 100% richness vent will supply 10 steam per second (enough for one refinery using coal liquefaction), but most vents will appear at less than 100%. Richer vents can exist but will be rare unless you increase the richness map generation setting, and will eventually deplete to 100%.

When fed into a steam turbine, a 100% richness vent will produce 510 kW. Results will vary in standard steam engines.

Temperature and rate of steam now configurable in settings.
