Forces mod buttons to look uniform and aligned, harminizes icons, and adds visual options for buttons. Change Map Settings (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ChangeMapSettings) (I would be cautious with this one as I'm personally quite used to a wide text button)
Perhaps "Clock" (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/clock) - I mean, yeah I know it's kinda something else, yet it's called GUI Unifier so it would be nice the mod would manage all visible GUI on the main screen to make it look unified and good :)
FNEI as was already mentioned

Research progress Frame (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/research-progress) - this one is bothering me so much because it interferes with other mod(s) and randomly shifting its position on the left side (It is similar to FNEI it's on the left sidebar). Would reaaally appreciate managing this mod.

Thanks ! Some of them are in my todo list. I've just finished downloading about 700 mods to search for GUI stuff in their code. So I have a bit of work ahead!

Unfortunately, I'm having a lot of difficulties trying to move FNEI in normal buttons. That mod's code is very obfuscated and I'm not sure I can access the needed functions from my mod

The mod causes a game crash in the latest version when you exit a factorissimo building. Something about teleportation.
