I definitely intend on updating all my mods. However, Factorio 2.0 made a lot of changes, and some of my mods (including GCKI) are rather script-heavy, so it will take some time until I can update and sufficiently test them.
I guess it will not be straightforward, since teleporting vehicles with ~80 inventory would be way too powerful, so maybe one vehicle per surface instead?
Oh, my … I haven't even thought in this direction so far but I guess that may be an issue in Space Age. So far, I haven't bought the DLC – I'm not sure whether this would even make sense as I probably wouldn't get around to playing with it anyhow and there is so much in vanilla Factorio I haven't explored yet. (Believe it or not: last time I played for real was when Factorio 0.18 was still a thing, and I've never launched even one rocket there. Since that time, all I did was loading saved games provided by others or setting up testing environments, just so I could debug my mods …)
From what I've seen in the Lua API documentation, surfaces may be associated with planets or space platforms. Perhaps it would make sense to generally forbid teleporting vehicles that are on a platform, and to allow cross-surface teleports of vehicles only to surfaces belonging to the same planet? Don't know, as I can't test this … :-)
