i incorporated your mod and find it nice but likewise too easy and cheap........
you can produce the fog-remover just as normal in an assembling machine ..
i would suggest that you use a new improved satellite which will be started in the rocket just as in the base but will hand out a amount of fog-removers.
could be made as technology --> the higher the technology the more fog-removers you will get out of a single satellite start
