How about someone changes it so that you create landfills instead. They could have much much more storage capacity compared to chests and tanks, but its a one way process. Each item put into it turns into "Landfill" and "Landfill" slowly spoils into Spoilage or maybe into Nothing.

You can void fluids in vanilla by putting a pump directly into an assembler or chemplant that uses the fluid you wish to void, and switching the recipe on and off using a combinator. The pump has to be direct though, you can't have a pipe in between the assembler and the pump.
