Not sure which mod is causing the conflict, though I will say I had your mod installed and working fine prior to trying to install Roboport Converter. Hopefully you can make quick work of this (if it is a problem on your end) like you did with the Nightvision Toggles bug I ran across a few days ago.

Not sure why it affected your mod (load order maybe?), but I changed the empty.png file size in the other mod to 64x64 and it seems to have worked.
