Made an all-version fork of Flamethrower Rework for ease of use on different installs as a go-to flame leading tweak. Settings are slightly changed.
Rebalances flamethrowers around target leading. Flamethrowers deal considerably less damage, but will hit enemies much more reliably without dragging behind them. Fluid consumption is increased. Heavy and light oil give better damage buffs. Configurable.
