Finanzialization allows you to borrow buildings you don't currently have to set up bigger and neater setups, which produce more recources faster, which you can then use to pay back your loan.

How it works:

Creating ghosts of available buildings instantly creates them and adds the buildings to your debt.
Buildings you owe are automatically collected from most inventories and from buildings marked for deconstruction.
While you have a debt you cannot research technologies, and machines can only craft the buildings you owe or intermediate items they need.
Your total debt is displayed at the top left of the screen.

Notes:

Be sure to enable "Settings->Interface->Pick ghost item if no items are available" so you can place ghosts of buildings you don't have yet (press q on a placed building or left click the hotbar to set filter to desired building, then select that slot).
If a ghost you place contains modules, they will be borrowed as well (to do this copy a building containing modules).
You can only borrow buildings and modules that have been researched and can be crafted.
Some bugs may still be lurking, not tested as extensively as i would have liked.
