It's a nice idea for a mod but you won't get the steam achievement. There are two types of achievements in the game: unmodded and modded. When enabling this mod you only get the 'modded' achievement (not the vanilla achievement for steam)

A truly lazy bastard is not doing it for the steam badge, but rather for the one true god. Automation.

Its not that hard to take a mod, attach it to the base mod and play an "unmodded" game with whatever mods you want enabled.

Doing that will even get you steam achievements.
