FastFurnaces

Adds higher tiers of many production machines to achieve increased throughput in a smaller area.

Primary Features:
Adds optional faster electric furnaces
Adds optional faster chemical plants
Adds optional faster oil refineries
Adds optional faster pumps
Adds optional upgraded mining drills, with more mining power and more 'green' operation
Adds optional Tier 4 and Tier 5 modules
Adds optional larger logistic chests
Adds optional Tier 2 and Tier 3 beacons with larger areas, more slots, and better efficiency
Adds optional extensions to BobPower steam and solar
Adds option to allow Tier 5 productivity to be used on any recipe, and in Tier 3 beacons
Adds optional fast long inserters
