Adds a fast charge/discharge, low capacity accumulator. Used for isolating power grids without requiring loads of acumulators.

Intended for use with nuclear power, where steam engines have the same priority as turbines so will split the power load between them, effectively wasting nuclear fuel; the reactor is always running and using fuel, regardless of the power draw.
Another use-case is isolating non-critical factory sectors, so they shut-down in case of massive power failure.

Current stats are:

In vanilla isolating a 40 steam-engine powerplant requires 120 accumulators. 40*900/300 = 120
Considering you can't really place them automatically, because of power poles connecting, it's a real pain to set up.

With 2250kW discharge you should only need 16 to cover a full 40 steam engine set up.

Recommend as a companion mod to Realistic Reactors, adds that extra bit of control you need to really dial in the power grid to your liking.
