It's "Water treatment" recipe for Chemical plant (separate Bad water to Fresh water and Fish feces).
P.S. Use FNEI mod (or similar) to find out what items and liquids are created from or where they are used for.
Ah, thanks. Not sure how I missed it in the crafting menu. Looking forward to 2.0 when the search is expanded in scope.
