It's not failing for me. Make sure your mod version is up to date, and please post a screenshot containing the exact error message.

That's weird, this should not happen, maybe another mod also has some entity named factory-1. Can you provide a savefile and a list of your mods?

I have checked disabling all mods and activating one by one the few that I have.
In the end, the problem is with the Factorio + mod that they would have modified and gives incompatibility.
