Sooo I'm a little confused. Level 2 boiler has turned the water into HOTTER water instead of steam?

Mk2 and Mk3 do the same thing.

That issue should be solved, I get steam coming out of my mk2 and mk3 boilers. That used to be an issue with the original FactorioExtended and I fix that with the initial release of FactorioExtended Plus, make sure your are update to date and your mod in game says FactorioExtended Plus-Power version 0.1.1. If you still have a issue please open a issue on the github page. Thanks

Also if you have the boilers already placed, pick them up and replace them. This could also solve your problem.
