Major Features:
- Initial release of FARLS, a continuation of Choumiko's Fully Automated Rail Layer for
Factorio 2.0: modern rails (straight-rail, curved-rail-a/b), automatic signal, pole and
concrete placement while driving.
- Lamp placement is optional: a "Place lamps" checkbox in the FARL settings window
(off by default) controls whether lamps from the track layout are placed next to poles.
When it is off, lamps are skipped silently without "Out of lamps" messages.
