I'm having difficulties with making right sided tracks. (for example) when moving west to east farl lays the track, not occupied by farl, beneath it. I would like to place it above the rail farl is driving on. I've tried ticking the "flip left/right" box but that doesn't seem to work.

Simply place the the rail on the other side of the rail with the chainsignal in the blueprints. The rail with the chainsignal indicates where FARL will be driving and the chainsignal indicates the direction.
