Factorissimo 3 and Everything on Nauvis has a compatibility error that does not allow me to place the factory buildings. I've already posted the bug report to them but is there a way to fix it from this mod instead. If so should I put a report on the github?

I took a look at this and unfortunately the fix will need to come from Factorissimo 3.

I do not know if this will have interest for you, but I forked EverythingOnNauvis to make Everything On Nauvis - Fulgora Discovered!.
It does resolve the issue with Factorissimo 3, but you will have a planet to visit.
