Fix-ups for Everything on Nauvis by Spaghetti2364

Patches:

• Atomic bomb leaves nuclear ground
• Fish no longer spawn in lava
• Dead grey trunk spawn only on Nauvis terrain
• Ashland and flaming ashland trees spawn on Vulcanus terrain
• Reduced number of simple entities spawned on Vulcanus terrain
• Lubricant technology added as a prerequisite for the foundry technology
• Calcite can be mined by all mining drills
• Slowed demolisher size progression

Settings:

• Gleba natives react to pollution (default: disabled)
• Foundry made with tungsten plate (default: disabled)
  (Requires harvesting demolisher remains to craft the first foundry)
