Currently adds two new walls, the tough wall and plated wall, both locked behind technologies.
Tough Wall: Double the cost, double the health. Some extra toughness for your perimeter without the extra bulk.
Plated Wall: Requires concrete and steel, but has slightly less than twice the health and higher resistances. For the last line of defense that must not be breached.
Also gate variants added too.

Most values are configurable.
