You heard the man! The language used in the game to describe this particular thing was always bugging me as well. The mod shrimply changes "Enable/Disable" to "Enable when" for everything that can be connected with circuits; "Circuit connection settings" to "Alert when" for Speakers; "Close signal" to "Close signal when" for all Rail Signals.

If you play with other languages than ENG I can implement a fix for your locale as well (create a discussion thread and write the translations for "Enable when", "Close signal when" and "Alert when").
