You heard the man! The language used in the game to describe this particular thing was always bugging me as well. The mod shrimply changes "Enable/Disable" to "Enable when" for everything that can be connected with circuits; "Circuit connection settings" to "Alert when" for Speakers; "Close signal" to "Close signal when" for all Rail Signals.

If you play with other languages than ENG I can implement a fix for your locale as well (create a discussion thread and write the translations for "Enable when", "Close signal when" and "Alert when"). If you have suggestions on which other text needs to be rephrased (for the same purpose of being easier to understand) create a discussion thread and I could add it to the mod.
