Really cool, love the mod, but the enemies scale faster and are harder than any other surface enemies (nauvian, explosive biters on vulcanus, etc.). Plus, not a lot of room to defend on islands.

So overall it makes Fulgora the hardest planet to work on with the most awkward space... It would be really nice if I could tone down their strength somehow because right now there is no way to control them....

ok, thanks for the feedback. I'll add a mod option to tweak damages

Might want to tweak the the default the damages. A tank gets gunned down by a small (5-10) level 1 walkers immediately. It is also possible to be spawn camped by them. I would suggest a more aggressive safe zone around spawn.

Overall, great work. It is very difficult to add enemies to Factorio - I did try it myself and you can see the horrid results for yourself.

The Vault Guardian will obliterate you easily if you haven't established some kind of base, which is impossible, since the tech is hidden behind the vault ruin.

Are we supposed to unleash the guardian, just to get the tech, and then attempt to run away? Over the oil ocean? Or what's the idea?

The tech is not released on the vault... its another building

Did you change that in this mod in that case? I added this mod after I had already established on Fulgora, so I wouldn't know that part. In vanilla Space Age it's definitely the Vault Ruin: https://wiki.factorio.com/Fulgoran_vault_ruin

Roger that! That does at least make it possible to establish on Fulgora without getting reamed by the guardian. Thanks for the info!
