Add 5 tiers of transformators for better control over the electric supply network. The transfer power for each tier is 1MW, 10MW, 100MW, 1GW, 10GW with efficiency of ~98%
During a brownout, my transformers consume proportional amount of power (i.e. if the network is at 70% satisfaction, a transformer would drain 70% of it's nominal power) but outputs nothing, making them worse than useless in such scenario.
