Add 5 tiers of transformators for better control over the electric supply network. The transfer power for each tier is 1MW, 10MW, 100MW, 1GW, 10GW with efficiency of ~98%

I'm currently playing a modded game with pyanodon's mods and I'm already at 200MW power consumption at the end of red science. The 1MW transformer is just not cutting it :D
Could you add an option to unlock all transformers with the first research at red science(or maybe gate the 1GW/10GW behind red+green science)?
Basically combine Tier1/2/3 into Tier1 and Tier4/5 into Tier2.
