I see, the placement should look like the recommended placement then it will work. The problem with that setup is, the poles are placed on overlap with transformator in/out.

maybe a mod I have that made electricity stretch to the length of the wire max for all but big overhead lines. I tried disabling combat mechanics overhual already. https://photos.app.goo.gl/z3mP17MyBYN9nHLH8

You can overlap a half of the transformator with the pole area, works as well.

Ah I understand now, it wasn't obvious that the power poles are modded. We've updated the "Known Issues" section accordingly.

I have reached out to the mod dev to get a blacklist put in for modded "power polls"

This issue should be resolved as of the newest version of Full Power Coverage.
