This adds a basic accumulator (think of it like a rudimentary capacitor bank) that can be crafted from the start of the game. This doesn't replace or change the regular accumulator.

Components: 2 Iron Plates + 5 Copper Plates
Storage: 1 MJ
Charge/Discharge Rate: 100 kW
