Based off the mod "The Drilling Pumpjack" by Nerze who seems to have gone inactive so I have updated it to work with 0.16, Enjoy.

No oil, or unsufficient production? Just create one of those drilling pumpjacks and let it extracts the precious fluid from the depths of the Earth.
