i download the mod but it is not showing in research tab anywhere

Search for Drill or Pumpjack. The technology name is screwed up and comes up as something like "{unknown-technology the-pumpjack-technology}" or something like that.

You just need to create a locale file for it.

[technology-name]
the-pumpjack-technology=The Pumpjack Technology

This isn't my mod, nor am I a modder. Did not know how to fix everything :) Thanks for the extra info though! Maybe I will pick up managing this mod regularly since I'm wanting to get into modding. I just don't want to make that commitment yet. Thanks for understanding!

It's not working for me. I can't even find it in the research, typing in the words and everything :/
