All I did was convert this to be usable in v.0.15.x along with what I feel is a good job balancing the removal of alien science packs and converting to the new science pack system. No other stats/options/information was changed.

Tier 1: 0.1/s
Tier 2: 0.5/s
Tier 3: 1/s

I've tested this in my own saves and so far so good. But I take zero responsibility if this breaks or save or server. Make a backup first.

Also: I have zero plans of maintaining this if it breaks suddenly or doesn't work for you. Sorry!
